I have had a myriad of symptoms due to stress over the last few months. They are finally starting to abate now that I've made a commitment to pay attention to myself and my health. It has taken quite some time though to get through it. Be patient with yourself and just make a small commitment to do something healthy for yourself every day.</p><p></p><p>Hugs to you.
