Thanks for the tip regarding menopause... I'm going to have to readjust my way of thinking if I'm going to be happy... This isn't easy for me to do. I've always worked hard to stay in shape. I LOVE reading your posts!!! No matter how bad things are, you always make me laugh!!! Oh, by the way, if you're going to celebrate for me, please do it with lots of CHOCOLATE!!! And I mean LOTS!!! I can tell how determined you are - Honestly, I don't think I could make it anywhere at 4:30 a.m. - especially NOT the gym!!! I'll let you know how things go once I get started.
