Kittens over a certain age most certainly can be shipped. They go by air cargo in specially heated and ventilated holds. I insistend on face to face meetings with potential owners, or at the least, with foreign sales, that the potential owners be carefully checked out by a trusted representative.
I sent several kittens to Europe over the years and never had a problem. Check with the airlines. I used to use Delta Dash. It's not like FedEx or UPS. You need health certificates and rabies vaccs.
Due to the airline cuts and mergers; I am no longer sure who will carry live animals. Last time I had an animal shipped was 8 years ago when I had my dog shipped from Hungary via Germany on Lufthansa.
