All I know is that if I was a juror, I'd be voting 'guilty'. But then, I would have voted guilty on at least one charge for CMA, too.....

Guilty from this end too. Even if it wasn't MJ and the $$$ involved wasn't in okay, I'm sick of doctors breaching the do no harm thing so much. Sick of doctors over prescribing and growing the addiction epidemic in regular lives. Sick of them prescribing things based on some drug company offering a yearly stay at their overseas beach McMansion getaways. Sick of ppl like MJ's doctor doing something so unethical for the call of the pay and the bragging rights to being doctor to a famous person. MJ was obviously in need of major help. That doesn't excuse what this doctor did. He claims he was weaning him. Umm an addict in need of medical assisted withdrawal should be hospitalized. This guy was not trying to help anybody but himself.
