Made it to the gym!

    My doctor's appointment last week wasn't great, but it wasn't bad, either. My blood sugar's down, everything else looks good, and I'm scheduled for an MRI on my right knee. I knew the treadmill would mess me up all over again, so I went to water aerobics.

    I was the youngest one in the pool. I think the little bus from the senior citizens' complex dropped off the rest of them. I enjoyed myself and didn't hurt anything...two major pluses! I'll go back on Thursday, then next week aim for three days.

    Good for you for making it to the gym!! I haven't done water aerobics in years but loved it, maybe I should try it again.

    Excellent. Tell me how it works as you continue. I have never done water aerobics.

    I have done water aerobics, and it is truly wonderful! It makes you feel so good. I have stopped going because it was on the other side of town, so I went and returned by taxi but it took too much time out of my day (and too much money). Maybe I will start again (once a week). I should imagine a lot depends on how good the instructor is. The one I went to is just amazing.
