Well............wasn't that just adorable.

Nice of that guy to catch the ducklings!! And all those people to help herd Momma duck back to the water with her babies.

Started my day off with a huge grin.

Ducks do nest in trees, although I have to say the landing on the forest floor in this cool video looks a lot cushier than the concrete.

Can anyone find out which bank that was? from the looks of it, I'm almost positive that it's Sterling Savings Bank, downtown Spokane. I was the manager there from 1984-1989.

This is the same duck that built a nest on an awning at Sterling Savings Bank in downtown Spokane last year.

I could have sworn I'd heard this story before......and I had! (hey, when you're old you never know )

Thanks, Witz. When I worked there it was a savings association (remember them?) and changed to a commercial bank in the intervening years. Great people, great products, great bank. How fun to see my old branch on the news (again!)!
