difficult child has been getting sick a lot. She has diabetes in her biological family (she is adopted).
ive wanted her to take a multi vitamin. She says they are too big. I don't dare get her gummies, she will eat them all.
i think she would take a small sized multi vitamin.
anyone know of one? Remember the small one a day multis of years ago? Like that...a small pill.

*Thanks.

I had lapband surgery so I can't take any pills bigger than a tic tac. I use Flintstones chewables - don't laugh, the nutritionist said they are perfect. If you're afraid she'll snack on them, hide them and just give her one at a time. Otherwise, just walk around the vitamin department at the pharmacy - there are so many choices.

I just got a good multivitamin from Trader Joes. It's small for a vitamin. I got them for Missy and she has no problem taking them. It was under $20 for 360 tablets. I got the same chewable for Mighty Mouse and he likes the taste.
