Did anyone happen to catch the point of view video about Mulberry Bush School in Oxfordshire England this weekend on PBS? If you did what did you think of it?
The full video is available online. Thank goodness my high speed got hooked up this morning. I got to watch the entire documentary this afternoon. I tuned in about 2/3 of the way through last night and was absolutely had to see the whole thing.
I wish all of our children could have gone to school at Mulberry when they were young. Maybe we wouldn't be here now. Even though Mulberry was set up specifically for neglected/abused/traumatized children I think the same teaching techniques could have worked wonders for our kids.
I'm not going to go into details to give those who want to watch this video to have a chance to do so before I start into the bits and pieces.
