The second night after difficult child left recovery, I googled "al-anon sayings" and clicked on images. I found a bunch I liked, printed them, cut them out and made a collage. It is on my bathroom mirror along with the Marianne Williamson prayer I shared earlier.

I'm attaching it in case it helps anyone here. We need all the positivity in our lives we can find.
