In yesterday's NYC paper, there was a story in the sports page about a young boxer who had taken a couple of falls during the fight and who seemed fine afterwards but soon after began complaining of headache, etc. He was immediately rushed to the hospital and underwent brain surgery, which is essentially drilling a hole in the head to relieve pressure. The story said he will likely be fine with some minor residuals. That was in the back.
The front was poor Natasha. ANY head injury should be checked asap; she might not have died had she gone immediately for a CT scan.
As for skiing, I have a friend who had 2 nephews. One went to Israel during one of the wars, the other went to Vermont to ski for a week. One wound up dead and it wasn't the one in the war zone.
Poor Natasha, poor Liam and their sons. Even poor Vanessa, as much as I despise her politics, does not deserve the suffering obvious on her face.
