Nervous about medication Addition

Saw psychiatrist earlier and asked about the depression I'd been feeling and loss of appetite from the Haldol. I've been stable on Depakote and an AP for years (had to stop taking atypicals due to dystonia).

He wants to add Remeron to my cocktail. A small dose of 15 mgs once per night. I'm nervous about it as I had bad reactions to Zoloft and Prozac, but that was before I had the bipolar diagnosis and was properly medicated for it.

psychiatrist feels it is safe. to try but ordered me to report any untoward sx immediately.

He called in the RX for me and I will be able to pick it up tomorrow. I'm just nervous about taking an AD. Anyone had experience with Remeron?

I don't know GN, but I've always been scared of ADs for some reason.
