See, his wife doesn't want him to be a cop anymore, so she secretly loaded up her meatballs with weed so he'd fail his drug test. Sounds like something a difficult child would cook up (pun intended).

Now, I'd have some trouble hiring him back, too. Wife is likely to say anything to protect husbands reputation. Or gee, this guy's been a cop for 22 yrs yet somehow wife does pot and he doesn't have a clue??
