This seriously made me very sad having been a Packer fan all my life-I grew up five blocks from the Packer stadium! I love Brett Favre. He is my all time favorite Packer player. I have never seen anyone play with more joy than he did. He deserves to retire but will be very much missed!

Brett Favre has every last drop of my respect because he is a fine athlete.

However, I still can't stand the guy because, after all, he's a Packer. I can't even be expected to like him a little.

I can't quite get my mind around it. I live in Northern WI, but only became a Packer fan because of the obvious joy and enthusiasm of Brett Favre. He made everyone around him better.

I actually did cry a little bit last night, ESPN was running some pretty cool snippets. I really can't imagine a football season without him. easy child has never known any other Packers QB!

So.....how 'bout that Aaron Rodgers!!
