If it won't load try downloading the latest version of Adobe - ver. 11......then it should load. I had to do that too - it should pop up on the screen and say - YOU CAN NOT SEE THIS UNLESS YOU LOAD THIS.......(ver. 11. ( think it's adobe version 11) and if it gets a big grey screen with I think an exclamation point on it......hit retry and try it again.

Jo, maybe this will cheer you up......I just took my first batch of biscotti (your recipe) out of the oven!!! My family looks forward to it every year now! I have to make 2 batches cause they eat it all up on us and we have none left over for us!
