IC has some good inexpensive easy suggestions. I ditto the good rolls. We have to keep rolls out of reach of little ones during family dinners or they can't eat the meal......fills them up too quickly. lol Sounds like a wonderful time. :) Some of the best gatherings are the spur of the moment types. Try to relax and enjoy. No one plans to go to such things to stuff themselves silly anyway. :) Cinco de Mayo is a very special day for me. It's my grandmother's birthday. She's been gone since I was 16, but every single year I find a way to do something special that day. I've never made a huge deal of it to the kids........but Nichole was asking me why she seemed to think the 5th of May was important.......she laughed when I reminded her it was her great grandmother's birthday.......because that is why. Although they never paid a lot of attention, they were aware I found something special to do that day each and every year. :)
