OMG, I am watching CANVAS...

I had to pause it. I am bawling my eyes out... I am only 20 minutes into it. It is the Movie about the Schizoprhenic Mother.
It is so close to home... as far as Mental Illness. Just myself, K my Mom... my other family members.
The little boy is so heartbreaking.

I remember hearing about it last year. A big deal was made about it and then I didn't hear anything further about it. Was it on TV or did you rent it?

It's available on DVD, just googled it. Looks so sad, don't know if I'm ready to see it. It's won many awards and Marcia Gay Harden plays the woman, great performance.....

I did make it through it. I cried A LOT... maybe self inflicted torture. It was very honest and painful. All of the actors were incredible.
But it was hopeful... Netflix...even the music was good.
