We have several outdoor festivals at various times in our town. The kids mostly love the craft tables. They tend to be mobbed. Also a popular table is the university athletic table where they give away or sell for a pittance the posters, balloons, etc... We just got several posters for 25 cents each from the xoccer team and the basketball team. $$$ wwent to some local playground fund.
I think the balloon hats/swords were teh most popular though.
