Hi all, I am a bit scared about my health problem! I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and I fear that it will develop to a spinal stenosis due to some spurs :( . The doctor suggested me to try massage therapy and related medications. While searching I found that physiotherapy treatment would be the best choice for osteoarthritis and one of my friends suggested me a physiotherapist from Physio Now, Mississauga ( http://www.physionow.ca/ ). What are your suggestions?

    Hi Eric.

Ask your doctor whether that would be a good choice for you.

My mother has had osteoarthritis for many years, and back issues. She sees a physiotherapist...she is great. She takes only one medication and is able to exercise, she's 70.

Good luck...ask alot of questions and don't be afraid to get second opinions.
