Yeah the octopus was pretty gross and it stunk! And yes, I gave Lennie back. Reluctantly. He's such a sweetie!

Octopus for dinner - ick....I don't do really well with any type of seafood.
I wanted to take Lenny home too. He is such a sweetheart. I loved that he put his paw in on the "mani/pedi" circle.
It was so great meeting everyone (I know I keep repeating this)!

Let me clarify ~ the octopus was wonderful. It was the first time I had octopus grilled & it was delish. It didn't smell at all unless you were a wimp. 
I thought Mr. Stang & I were going to be kicked to another table for all the ewwwwing & such.
'Stang, Lenny is broken hearted ~ he's looking for the bacon lady. I'm sure that's how he'll think of you always. "Where's the bacon lady?
What happened to the bacon lady?"
I had the pleasure of meeting Sharon's (wiped out) family & spending the night at her house before we drove down to Chicago.
I'd do the Chicago trip again in a heartbeat.
AND the octopus was very very tasty. It didn't stink. That's my story & I'm sticking to it.
