I am glad u were able to get a smile regarding my husband, I must admit, I've many a smile over things he does and says. Thank you so very much for the link to the parent report; it looks very helpful! Brenden was evaluated at a sensory clinic; the report had no surprises! Sadly, I am sure there are many parents who could sue and horse-whip "doctors" in many of the medical fields we parents find ourselves involved in! The mommy instinct is something I struggle with, I have it, but I guess I haven't been brave enough to trust it. It is wonderful that you and your husband have found ways to help your son and he is doing well!! We have an 18 yr. old with-out any challenges like Brenden, but I find that I feel almost a comfort knowing that Brenden may never have to face some of the things my oldest son has had to. As a parent, I want all 4 of my children to be who they are, but I want them to be great at it, if that makes any sense. Thank you again for sharing with- me; I think I will find this forum very helpful and uplifting. [/QUOTE]
