I've seen this before too but I LOVE it! Whoever made this up timed it perfectly, and that dog has such an expressive face! That even sounds like the voice he would have if he really could talk.

There's a whole series of British-made clips similar to this on YouTube and they're hysterical, only in these they put voices to wild animals and birds.
