This guy is waaaaay too conservative. His columns rarely appear any more.

So sorry, Barbara, but things he's listed are things that any one can figure out for themselves ... and the fact that he put acupuncture on his list of quack remedies--which many M.D.s use--puts him in his own camp.

Why he poo-poohed reflexology when it's the same cost as a regular massage is beyond me. I wouldn't pay HIM to give me a foot massage.
