Question regarding sleep routine

And if a chemical imbalance is causing the sleeplessness, well, no fake dollar or sticker can change it. I do see that good sleep hygeine can be very helpful for adults with BiPolar (BP), but with a child this young he simply cannot control it. </p><p></p><p>Surely there are other things the docs can concentrate on that will have more of a reward for the energy they require?</p></blockquote><p></p>
