When I make any of these, I make extra and freeze for quick weekday dinners. Also, don't discount breakfast for dinners, such as egg omelets and fries or potato pancakes or regular pancakes, frittatas. Make a large veggie filled quiche on Sunday and you can have that for dinner two evenings. </span></span></p></blockquote><p></p>
