That may not be exactly right but it will get you started. It is a funny read. I just found it, looking for you..I kind of jumped and guessed at most of the meanings after reading along for a while. Glad to have some of them clarified (PS although not listed under official abbreviations a few of us mean "get a *()*&%$ gun" as well as "gift from g-d" when we type difficult child....)
