I'm ready to call the guy and tell him to shove it, I'll find someone else. I almost did before the surgery, and this was why, but I always second guess myself and told myself it was just me being a whiner and borrowing trouble. He was so insistent that I just had to be sick from the antibiotics that he put me on Zantac, which proceeded to make me sick, yet when I called in and said I wasn't sick before the Zantac, and asked to stop taking it, they insisted I keep taking it because "I probably just hadn't noticed the reflux" but they were sure it was there. So I went into this surgery puking my guts up everytime I ate cause I had to take Zantac before surgery. That's SOP. I called in Tuesday gagging on a blood clot. The answer to that was more Zantac. They wanted me off Advil because it upsets your stomache. I've taken 600-800mg 2-4 times a day for the past several years for arthritis with no trouble. But I had to stop cause I might get sick. They gave me potent antibiotics and steroids Monday during surgery. My ears are still worse. Yet we have to wait and see on this round before we do anymore? I understand this is SOP. But I also understand that its been determined long ago that I am not SOP. I could spit nails.
