SSI and the crazy dilemma

Here I think it's up to a few hundred per year. When you live in sub standard housing, drive a bomb if you're lucky, etc, etc accidents happen, fires happen, floods happen, people have no savings, etc so welfare is used to emergencies.</p></blockquote><p></p>
