Any brilliant ideas out there for how to keep a 14 year old out of trouble for the summer?

ODD has been added to long list of issues - trust is huge factor, so summer job is not an option.

How do you keep these kids safely and/or productively occupied without taking up 100% of parent time? (have to earn an income somehow).
