I hope t his is a fun thread. Lord knows, we need some levity!!! Mine is an old Clint Eastwood movie, only he wasn't a cowboy. He was a disc jockey in "Play Misty for Me" and he had a stalker, which you didn't know was a stalker at first, although I started getting the chills almost right from the beginning. The spooky behavior of the stalker and the unexpected danger had my radar way up and I think I didn't let go of my date the entire movie. This movie managed to give me nightmares for months, yet I felt compelled to see it three times. Each time I saw it, I saw things in it that I'd missed the other time(s) and it only seemed scarier to me. When "Fatal Attraction" came out it reminded me of "Misty" and I expected it to scare me, but, although I enjoyed it, it did not scare me. Carrie scared me to, but not until the very end. I was three months pregnant at the time and seeing it with first husband. When her hand shot up from the grave, I started screaming and could not stop. My ex had to pull me into the lobby as I kept screaming and I really think he wanted to slap my face to calm me down. I thought I was going to miscarry. Other than that, I can't think of movies that really scared me. The Exorcist made me snooze. So what did YOU find your scariest movie? I can be from any timeframe. Why did you find it scary?
