Terrific Mexican Salad Recipe....we love it!

    Before I "lose" the recipe I want to share. This is a Mexican
    Coran and Bean Salad and we pigged out tonight.

    Combine: 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained
    1 (7 oz) pitted black olives, drained
    2 cups shredded lettuce.

    Then: 1/2 cup fat reduced mayo
    1/4 cup minced green onions
    2 T chili sauce
    2 t cider vinegar
    1/2 t chili powder (or more if you want it spicier)

    It serves 6 and once you mix it up you'll want to sit down with
    the big mixing bowl and eat "the WHOLE thing" LOL. DDD

    Yummy sounds good, and just in time for Cinco de Mayo. We always have Mexican food on that day.

    PS: I "think" an extra t of chili powder would work if you want
    it spicier.

    I am making this TODAY!!! This does look delicious! I'll let you know how it turns out. I'm going to a party Sat. night and just might bring this instead of what I was planning on making. Thanks-Alyssa
