I told him that if he was going to stay with my mother in law he had to contribute and not take advantage. I also told him it was time to apply for SSI and look for HUD housing. I told him it was time to stop couch surfing.

Is 10 AM too early to start drinking?

He already has an appointment with someone - not sure whether it's SS or DHS to apply for a disability on 6/7. I hope he does it right.
