G'day, people. Just a short note tonight, I've had a really long day. After a really long week. Our daylight saving is still continuing - not sure when the clocks go back. It might be this weekend, but as I'm only lurching from day to day, I haven't looked that far ahead. difficult child 3 & I went into the city today for his Science excursion. We went to the Sydney Aquarium and Sydney Wildlife World, really enjoyed both. But so much walking! I had decided to not take my scooter because it wasn't as far as Maritime Museum at the end of last year (when I was glad of my scooter) and also because I need the exercise, in my desperate attempts to lose weight. We walked back afterwards, caught the train back to our car and then headed off to get the shopping done. It was a bit of a rush with doctor's appointments for me and difficult child 3 at the end of the day. The doctor said difficult child 3 now has a middle ear infection (prescribed antibiotics) and is NOT happy with my Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) problems still hanging around despite strong antibiotics. I'm going to have to somehow manage over the weekend with no antibiotics, hopefully hold together until we can talk to my specialists early next week. And somewhere in there, we need to try to sort out easy child 2/difficult child 2. She's as sweet as pie tonight (I think she read my note to her; or is being sweet as her way of apologising - until next tantrum). husband & I have a wedding to go to tomorrow evening. And it's already late tonight, so I'm signing off and going to bed. Have a fun Friday, everyone. Saturday awaits... Marg
