[QUOTE="Marguerite, post: 373628, member: 1991"] G'day for Friday. Sharon/WO, of course I'm up (we're on the opposite end of the day here) but either I post first before we go to mother in law's for dinner, or I'm late to the thread when we get home. Which we just did. TM, I'm so sorry to hear about Pookie. It is always hard to lose a pet. Fran, enjoy your trip. I hope the company is a good fit for difficult child. I had a quiet day today, I actually slept a bit. I also got busy and finally put paint to paper today. My first oil painting! I was beginning to find some problems towards the end of it, I'm going to let it dry then add a few finishing touches. I'm very happy with it but it is not as easy as I thought it would be. And yet in some ways, as easy. I've been talking to my brother about painting, too - he says he can't get skies right. Well, I got my sky looking good in this one fairly quickly, I'm happy.
