The spiral is twisting up

I'll take an upward swing even if it is for a few days at this point. Tues. difficult child got her cap and gown (she gets to walk at graduation even though she got GED). She also applied to community college and spoke with the counselor who happened to be the mother of one of my students. She is still planning pre-medication. Don't know about that (she'splenty smart, just the mental illness worries me) but glad she has paper work in. The angel on her shoulder somehow came through and she still has her job after the episode the weekend before-how does that happen? She has been much less stressed and better to be around.

Still do not have a court date, which of course is what weighs us all down. For her sake I hope it is soon. The anxiety is tough for us all.

Glad they are letting her walk at graduation. Congrats to you and difficult child!
