THEY ARRESTED HIM!!!!!

They made the arrest tonight at 5:30pm. Here is a link to the story and a picture of Travis and the person (and I am using that term lightly) that did it.

I hope more charges will follow, but at least for now the family knows they caught the person and he is in jail.

I'm glad they caught him. A pity that can't pin anything else on him - the delay means they won't be able to prove he'd been drinking, for example.

I'm glad they caught the guy. I cannot even imagine leaving.

My cousin was killed by a hit and run driver.

Leaving the scene was the least of his charges. Vehicular homicide was the worst, with several others tossed in for good measure. When he finally got out of prison just 2 yrs later, my aunt then sued his fanny but good. Won a rather large settlement. Seems the jury for the lawsuit didn't think 2 years was long enough punishment either.

I'm glad they caught him. I hope they throw every charge they can at him.

So glad they caught him. Maybe this will be a small piece that someday brings closure for the family, although Im not sure that is possible. I can't imagine losing a child, I think my heart would be ripped right out of my chest.
