Thread dissapeared

I was trying to post to a thread in General Parenting and once I composed my response I was told that I did not have permissions to post. I refreshed the page and got a similar message.

The thread is now MIA. What gives? While it was getting a bit heated I feel I was going to post a perspective to diffuse the conversation. I can only guess that it went completely haywire while I was composing.
