Can you tell us a bit about what's going on with the child who brought you here? Gender, age, diagnoses if any, medications, therapy, whatever you want to share that is causing you so much stress? With a litte more info, I think we can point you in the right direction for help.
In the meantime, I recommend getting a copy of The Explosive Child by Ross Greene. It has helped many of us here parent our extra-challenging children.
