Unfinished wooden dollhouse

Does anyone know the best place to find a quality unfinished wooden dollhouse? I've convinced all grandmas to limit their gifts to the kids to one each and Piglet is going to get a dollhouse from one Grandma and furniture from another. I want the unfinished wood ones so that she can decorate them herself. I'd prefer to buy them at a store so that I can see and touch them before buying them.

Any suggestions where to look?
