Update on mother in law

Well, after a very long diagnostic period, the docs have determined that her tumor is acutally hormonal and it is excreting a hormone that is causing her blood pressure to drop, causing her to faint.

This specialist is making some kind of compound for her to control her blood pressure and counteract this hormone. Once that is under control, they anticipate being able to remove the tumor sometime in mid October.

They don't believe that it is cancer (whew) and after doing two full body scans, they don't believe there are any other tumors (another whew).

So there we are for now. At least we finally have a treatment plan in place.

Thanks for all the good thoughts and prayers.
