What do you use sunflower spread for?

We have 3 sample packets of sunflower spread. It looks like peanut butter. Is it used for cooking, or a spread to eat just like peanut butter?

It looks like it's interchangable with margarine and/or peanut butter.

We used to get sunflower spread at school; I think it was a commodity but maybe not. Anyway, they used it just like peanut butter. It was good.

They're seeds, which is essentially what peanuts are. So... Sounds good to me!
