Its just a paper where they check all the areas they are going to test. Its not really a mtg. If you don't check some thing and then want to do the test for that area (for example hearing) you just have to sign another piece of paper.

If you don't know what a test is for, ask.
If you're not sure if it might apply, ask.

In other words - go prepared to ask, ask, and ask some more.

Take every Learning Disability (LD) test there is, if possible.
Take Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluation, if they offer it.
Take Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluation, if they offer it - and specifically ask about auditory processing, and even more specifically about processing background noise...
