Where to get allergy blood testing?

I've seen info on the allergy blood testing before, but can't find anything in the Archives about the name(s) of the labs or how to get the blood drawn and back to the lab.

Seems like one place was Something Mountain?

Do you mean Great Smokies? I have no personal experience with them. They apparently just changed their name to Geneva Diagnostics:
