My daughter in Charleston, South Carolina says it's snowing like crazy there! Their weather reports say 3 to 5 inches of snow in Charleston!

I never quite got the groundhog bit. Seems backwards to me! If he sees his shadow it would have to be sunny, and that's supposed to mean that there are six more weeks of winter?
