...that a sleep study could be so exhausting?

It was all night and all day. I'm still trying to work up the energy to get a shower to wash all the gunk out of my hair.

And I get to do it again next week. :whiteflag:

What on earth do they do "all day and all night"? They surely couldn't expect you to sleep all of that time??

Sharon - The gunk is gross. It feels like putty.

MLA - During the day study, they have you nap every 2 hours for 20 minutes. (by the way, at times I *can* sleep all night and all day.)

I'm really wondering what, if anything, they are going to find. I've just chalked it up to fibro and chronic fatigue and whatever else may possibly be going on. The biggest reason I don't get restorative sleep is because of pain. So, it will be interesting to see if this shows anything.
