Why am I not seeing signatures?

Sometimes the signatures are up and other times they are not. Is there something new or something I need to enable on my end?

Hello Jal,

You might want to check your settings.

1. Go to User CP.
2. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, select Edit Options.
3. Scroll down until you get to the section labelled Thread Display Options.
4. In this section, ensure that the Show Signatures box is checked.

I notice signatures disappear during a post. If you are adding a post and scroll down to check something out, there are no signatures.

I will try what Trinity suggested to see if that helps.

Adrianne, if you are creating a post using the Go Advanced function rather than the Post Quick Reply, then you can see all of the message content without the signatures.

This might explain what you're seeing.

Thank you for asking this! I have been wondering why the signatures are there sometimes and not others. What I discovered is when I am signed in there are no signatures and when I am logged out, I can see them. I will try what Trinity suggested.

I don't have one - or at least I checked Do not show signature.
