It went great! I'm glad that I was able to come in while the class was at art because I was able to set up in peace. I had napkins and drink pouches on each desk and several basic tacos dished out on paper plates before the class arrived. Then I called up each seating group one at a time to dress the tacos. Everyone was served within ten minutes... no fuss, no muss.
