Would you say a prayer for my son & family?

My easy child adult son just let me know that his eldest son just passed away after 23 years in a vegetative state. Even after all these years of knowing he would never recover from the brain damage resulting from smoke inhalation, it's heartbreaking to have to say goodbye. Because our first grandson has lived in a long term care facility in a city away from us we are saddenedby the loss but particularly we are sad for easy child and his family. Perhaps some prayers will make it easier for them to cope with the final loss. DDD
