Bagel recipe?

Anybody out there got a really good, really easy, non-traditional recipe for bagels?

By non-traditional, I mean the ones that do NOT get boiled... I know, it's really not a bagel then, but... the bagel shop doesn't boil them, either, I've been told.

Blueberry and/or multigrain wouldn't be difficult variations on a theme, I can play around with recipes.

So, I need a good basic recipe. I seriously HOOVER at boiled bagels.

...And then... I can work on sourdough bagels...

Do you have a breadmaker? I used to have a recipe for bagel bread that you made in the bread machine. No idea where it is, that was eons ago, but I am sure you can find something online.

Most bagel shops here have a machine that does the boiling and then the baking. Never had one that wasn't.

I have. They're pretty good, actually... Not as "tough". Which is why... I've mentioned my dental issues!

If you go to google and type in no boil bagel recipes there are several good ones with reviews.
