Anybody out there got a really good, really easy, non-traditional recipe for bagels?
By non-traditional, I mean the ones that do NOT get boiled... I know, it's really not a bagel then, but... the bagel shop doesn't boil them, either, I've been told.
Blueberry and/or multigrain wouldn't be difficult variations on a theme, I can play around with recipes.
So, I need a good basic recipe. I seriously HOOVER at boiled bagels.
...And then... I can work on sourdough bagels...
