This sounds really good, Don't you agree????:

Cheese Bread

Dough

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 T. yeast
1 1/4 c. luke warm water
3 T. olive oil

Cheese Filling

7 oz. Provolone cheese
Romano and Parmesan cheeses
garlic powder
oregano
basil

Mix flour with salt, and instant dry yeast.

Add water and olive oil for a smooth dough.

Knead dough for 4 mins.

Divide dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each section out to 1/4"
thickness.

Place 1 on a sprayed cookie sheet.

Place Provolone on dough, then sprinkle garlic powder, Romano,
Parmesan, and Italian seasonings over Provolone.

Place second section of dough on top, and squeeze edges together to
seal.

Brush with olive oil, and sprinkle some Parmesan and/or Romano on top.

Make a few slashes in the top of the dough with a sharp knife.

Let rise for 20-30 mins.

Bake at 400, for 30 mins., or until golden brown.
