    Re: Psych exam

Ditto what everyone else said - NO way would I submit my child to whatever test this is. I have never heard of it - and my son has been through many, many rounds of various sorts of testing. The test sounds half cooked to say the least, and obviously something the courts invented to save their behinds, rather than something a psychiatrist came up with to help a child.

Thanks I agree we wll tell our Attorney to tell the court we will not agree to this test even though it may mean going thru with a trial. Unfornately the law in ID stinks. touching a girl under 18 even if she gives consent can be prosecuted. My gfg see other teens touching each other in the same way & thinks it is appropriate for him to do the same with his g/f. Under the laws here a teen was arrested because he was 19 and caught by police making out with a girl who was 17 years and 9 mo old. The girl lied and showed him a fake ID stating she was 18. the Judge would not allow in eveidence the fake ID nor the girls admission that she told the boy she was 18 because in this state a girl under 18 cannot give consent! I want to know why then are the police not arresting every teen at school presently in a relationship!!!!

It looks like SORNA isn't the name of an exam but stands for Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
